Mr. Mayank Somani - Managing Director

Mr. Mayank Somani is a visionary professional and dynamic leader with over 15 years of diverse quality experience across government contracting, infrastructure development, real estate development, Construction, advertising, and warehousing, etc. A management post-graduate from SPJIMR, Mumbai, he has demonstrated exceptional managerial acumen in steering complex, large-scale projects worth thousands of crores, particularly in sectors such as irrigation, urban redevelopment and logistics.

Known for his ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams comprising engineers, planners, financial experts, and implementation partners, he has successfully delivered time-bound projects for both government and private clients. His leadership in executing critical initiatives such as lift irrigation and colonisation schemes in Madhya Pradesh, and managing a Gigantic Quantum of grain storage capacity, reflects his deep understanding of project coordination, stakeholder management and strategic execution.

As Managing Director of NEITCO, he continues to drive the organization’s expansion and transformation through disciplined project management, institutional partnerships, and an unwavering focus on quality, innovation, and timely delivery.

Mr. M.M. Nagar - Director

A stalwart in the logistics and warehousing sector, Mr. M.M. Nagar brings over decades of distinguished quality experience in post-harvest management, supply chain logistics and regulatory compliance. Having served as Secretary to the Madhya Pradesh Warehousing & Logistics Corporation, Govt of M.P., he has played a pivotal role in shaping state and national warehousing policies. Currently serving as the Co-ordinator of the National Association of Warehousing Corporation of India (NAWCI), Mr. Nagar continues to provide strategic advisory for infrastructure development, quality assurance, and efficient storage systems. His deep institutional knowledge and hands-on leadership have been instrumental in the successful implementation of numerous large-scale warehousing and logistics projects across India, like Inland Container Depot (ICD) terminals.

Mr. D.K. Jain - Director

A distinguished expert in banking, finance, and institutional development, he brings over decades of leadership experience across India’s financial and consultancy sectors. He has held key positions such as Executive Director at IFCI Itd, one of the country’s premier Central Government-owned financial institutions, where he played a pivotal role in project appraisal, sanctioning, and policy-level decisions for industrial and infrastructure development across India.

He has also served as Managing Director and Chairman of MPCON (Bhopal), RAJCON (Jaipur), HIMCON (Shimla), HARDICON, NITCO and was instrumental in the establishment of Rajasthan ILD Skills University (ILD-Jaipur). His tenure at these institutions is marked by visionary policy formulation, institutional restructuring, and strategic capacity building.

With extensive experience in project finance, compliance, corporate governance, and debt restructuring, Mr Jain has also led efforts in the settlement and recovery of stressed assets, contributing significantly to financial discipline and sustainability. His deep insight into public-private sector collaboration and his ability to drive institutional transformation continue to be a major asset to NEITCO’s governance and growth strategy.

Mrs. Sudhanshi - Director

Mrs. Sudhanshi brings focused expertise in the food and agro-processing sector, with a specialisation in cold chain infrastructure and operations management. With a strong academic foundation in economics, she has successfully looked after the design and optimisation of cold storage systems tailored for perishable agricultural commodities. Her leadership ensures end-to-end efficiency in the post-harvest value chain, minimising losses, enhancing shelf life, and maintaining quality standards from farm to market. Passionate about strengthening rural supply chains, she plays a key role in NEITCO’s agri-logistics and food processing projects, promoting innovation, sustainability and inclusive growth in the sector.
